Strange :: Screenshots

Each of the images below was generated by plotting millions of iterations of the Clifford attractor transformation, in order to smooth out the "graininess" of the individual points that are plotted. Click on an image to see a larger version of it.

In the Strange application, when you are viewing the large version of an image (which you bring up by clicking on a thumbnail in the gallery), the program will continuously add more points to the plot and redraw it, slowly refining the image and averaging out any grainy areas.
